Supply Chain and Logistics

Supply Chain Management is a field in which the most innovative information and communication technologies can give immediate and measurable benefits in terms of time and cost reduction.

The need for a systemic approach so to manage the information, material and service flow from providers to final customers is enforced by the growing focus of each player on its own main business. This attitude is fragmenting the supply chain and increasing the number of involved players.

We have developed several projects in this sector: integration of information flows among the partners of a supply chain, monitoring and control of the transportation services (logistics), collection of information on dynamics of selling/distributing to final customers.

This is accomplished through the integration of the most innovative technologies available on the market, but especially the design of new devices which have been submitted for patent application.

We put particular attention on producing immediate improvements to existing processes, thus lowering the adoption and learning curve.
