We believe that Italy, thanks to its long-lasting motorbike culture and technological excellence, is the ideal context to develop innovative solutions for the 2-wheel motor industry.

Using a multi-disciplinary approach, we have:

• conceived, designed and prototyped an intelligent device, equipped with microprocessor and operating system, fully integrated with the motorcycle's electronics and the user's personal devices;
• integrated mobile communication systems to access a variety of remote services, such as remote maintenance, pay-as-you-drive insurance, emergency communications, software updates;
• developed a user interface specifically designed for the bikers: thanks to the advanced voice technology integrated in the helmet the system is fully actionable while keeping both hands on the handles.

We propose a flexible, integrated architecture, designed for safety and ergonomics. We developed it in collaboration with Cobra Automotive Technologies, specialista nella progettazione di soluzioni di sicurezza veicolare, e Microsoft®, worldwide leader in the development of mobile SW platforms.

We presented the first prototype of our solution as worldwide premiere at the EICMA 2005international exhibition, Milan (Italy) 15-20 November 2005.
